THE FILA CAPSULE
“The Fila Capsule” e-magazine served as the official publication of the Eastern India Philatelists’ Association, Bhubaneswar, and was first issued in January-February 2006 (Volume 1, No. 1) under the editorship of Mr Ajit Dash, with assistance from Mr Chittaranjan Das and Mr A.K. Raut. Initially circulated privately among members, the magazine received recognition at the 8th Orissa State Philatelic Exhibition (ORPEX, 2006) in Rourkela, and at the 10th India National Philatelic Exhibition (INPEX-2008) in Chennai, a Bronze Medal in the literature class. Publication continued with Volume 2, Nos. 1 to 5 (2007), Volume 3, Nos. 1 to 5 (2008), Volume 4, Nos. 1 to 5 (2009), and Volume 5, Nos. 1 to 3 (2010). The magazine ceased publication thereafter due to unavoidable circumstances.
In April 2023, “The Fila Capsule” was relaunched as a quarterly E-magazine, beginning with Volume 1, No. 1. The editorial team was led by Dr Bibhudatta Mishra, with members Mr Rakhel Dash, Mr Bibhuti Mohan Mohanty, Mr Sanjib Kumar Sahoo, and Mr Ajit Kumar Raut. The magazine’s advisors include Dr Nikhil Mohan Pattanaik, Dr Sahadev Sahu, Justice Manoranjan Mohanty, Sri Ajit Kumar Dash, and Mr Ajay Kumar Barik. Since January 2024, the magazine has transitioned to a bimonthly E-magazine format in response to positive reception and growth. In 2025, the e-magazine became monthly with Hindi additional 4 pages editions Volume-2 (1-12)

BOOK
EIPA published its First book,' A Journey to Odisha Special Covers' on 24.06.2021 (1st Edition) and the Second Edition and Supplementary in February 2023. The book is a nice compilation by Dr Bibhudatta Mishra and contributions from eleven EIPA members. The multi-coloured digital printed book illustrated 156 A4 pages with images of 403 Special covers, short descriptions, and captured released moments by India Post from 1973 to 2022.

EIPEX-SOUVENIR, 2008
The EIPA Souvenir was published during the commemoration of the Eastern India Philatelic Exhibition (EIPEX) 2008 at Jayadev Bhawan, Unit-II, Bhubaneswar. The Editorial Board was comprised of Sri Bijayashree Routray, Sri Ajit Kumar Dash, Sri Anup Kumar Raut, Sri C.R.Das, Sri Anil Kumar Dhir, Sri Manoj Kumar Mohapatra, Sri Bijoy Kumar Biswal and Dr Bibhudatta Mishra. The 34-page black-and-white compilation has 11 chapters.
